Liability
The service provider disclaims any liability arising from information published on its website whenever such information has been manipulated or introduced by a third party unrelated to it.
The service provider’s website may use cookies (small information files that the server sends to the computer of the person accessing the page) to carry out certain functions that are considered essential for the correct operation and display of the site. Cookies used on the website are, in any case, temporary and solely intended to make transmission more efficient and disappear when the user’s session ends. Under no circumstances will cookies be used to collect personal information.
From the website it may be possible to redirect to third-party website content. Since the service provider cannot always control the content introduced by third parties on their websites, it assumes no liability whatsoever for such content. Should any user consider that the website contains content that could be classified as such, they are asked to notify the website administrator immediately.

All website content is duly protected by intellectual and industrial property law and registered in the corresponding public registers.
Regardless of the purpose for which they were intended, total or partial reproduction, use, exploitation, distribution and marketing requires prior written authorisation from the service provider. Any use not previously authorised by the service provider will be considered a serious breach of the author’s intellectual or industrial property rights.
Designs, logos, text and/or graphics not belonging to the service provider and which may appear on the website belong to their respective owners, who are themselves responsible for any possible dispute that may arise in relation to them. In any case, the service provider has express prior authorisation from them.
The service provider does NOT expressly authorise third parties to redirect directly to specific parts of the website; in any case they must redirect to the service provider’s main website.
The service provider acknowledges the corresponding intellectual and industrial property rights in favour of their owners, and their mere mention or appearance on the website does not imply the existence of any rights or liability of the service provider over them, nor endorsement, sponsorship or recommendation by the same.
