Subscription: If you enter your e-mail in the website subscription box (clearly identified), your data will form part of our file for the purpose of sending you general information about www.sagradamadre.es.

PRICE CHANGES

The price applicable to the order request placed by the USER shall be that stated at the time of accepting these General Terms of Sale.

Once the order is confirmed, if there is a pricing error, sagradamadre.es will notify the USER. The USER may cancel their request if the final price differs significantly from that initially indicated. In such case, the amount paid will be refunded and satisfactory alternatives will be offered to the customer.

DISCLOSURE OF DATA TO THIRD PARTIES

We will never disclose your data to third parties, except to perform services you have requested (shipping carrier). In such cases, we will inform these third parties that their sole purpose is to provide the requested service, with no possibility of using the information for any purpose other than that service.

COOKIES

To use our website, cookies are required; they keep an open session with the server. If you wish, you can configure your browser to notify you about cookies and prevent them from being installed on your hard drive. Please refer to your browser’s instructions and manuals for more information.

LEGAL ACTION, APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

The contract between sagradamadre.es and the user shall be governed by Spanish law.

SHIPPING COSTS

Free shipping to Spain, France, Italy and Portugal. For the rest of the European Union, €20 per shipment on orders under €500.

The carrier will deliver goods Monday to Friday, except public holidays. No shipments or deliveries will be made on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.

PAYMENT METHODS

We inform you of the different ways to pay for your orders:

Bank transfer or deposit: Pay in advance by transferring the amount from your bank or by paying in cash at a BBVA branch counter. Please note that if the transfer is between different banks, confirmation may take 3 or 4 days.

Credit card: Immediate, secure payment verified through BBVA’s payment gateway. Payments are validated with your bank and, if accepted, are sent to us automatically and instantly. Sometimes a security code is required for these online payments.

PayPal: Secure payment solution that allows sending and receiving money over the Internet without entering bank details; only a PayPal account with your e-mail and password is required.

WARRANTIES

All products sold by sagradamadre.es benefit from the warranty period established by the manufacturer.

The warranty covers both labour and replacement parts, except where the manufacturer stipulates otherwise.

The warranty will be void in the following cases:

  • Impact and/or inadequate transport.
  • Improper handling.
  • Defective installations and/or installation errors.
  • Incorrect supply voltage.
  • Handling by anyone other than the manufacturer’s authorised technical service, or tampering with any seal.
  • Damage due to natural phenomena or affecting the electricity supply.

Repair time, fault classification and whether coverage applies will be assessed by the manufacturer’s official authorised technical service.

To carry out repairs, the manufacturer’s official authorised technical service may replace parts or perform total replacement as it deems appropriate.

Any repair must be authorised by sagradamadre.es. The customer must request an RMA number by e-mail to serviceclient@sagradamadre.com stating the product issue.

Once the RMA number is obtained, the customer must pack the products properly and send them to the address specified by sagradamadre.es or the manufacturer. The cost of this transport shall be borne by the customer.

sagradamadre.es will return the product once repaired, carriage paid (Spain only) if under warranty, or at the customer’s expense if out of warranty.

In the case of a defective product, sagradamadre.es will, as appropriate, repair, replace, reduce the price or terminate the contract; these steps will be free of charge for the customer and user. sagradamadre.es is liable for lack of conformity reported within two years of delivery. The customer and user must inform sagradamadre.es of the lack of conformity within two months of becoming aware of it.

CANCELLATIONS

If you cancel the order, we will refund the full order amount, including shipping costs. You may cancel your order at any time, provided we have not yet informed you that the order has been shipped and is already with the carrier. In that case, you may request a refund, but please note we will no longer be able to refund shipping costs.

RETURNS

sagradamadre.es allows products to be returned within the first 14 business days from the date the goods are received by the customer, provided the conditions set out on this page are met.

To make a return, you must contact us beforehand so we can accept the return. Only pre-authorised returns will be accepted. Once authorised, you will be assigned a return number and given shipping details.

All goods must be returned in their original packaging, in perfect condition and protected so that they are not received with carrier seals or adhesive tape. Otherwise, sagradamadre.es reserves the right to reject the return.

Returns must arrive at destination within 14 business days after the return is accepted, carriage paid. Otherwise, they will be rejected and returned.

Once the goods are received and verified to be in perfect condition, the refund will be processed if indicated.

Transport costs arising from the return shall be borne by the customer. The cost of the first delivery already made will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Refunds by bank transfer for returns may take up to 30 days for administrative processing, although we try not to exceed 14 days.
